  • EX.1: Copyright can take place in many different scenarios. A example is when a person is downloading music off the internet for free not paying or going through any process contacting the owner.
  • EX:2 Another scenario is when a student uses images off the internet for a presentation without copyright or notifying the owner.

2. Fair use is the copying of copyrighted material.It is only allowed for limited purposes only. These are things to criticize, comment, or make parody of that certain material. Another manner is that it is a defense mecanism for an infringement that can be used legally. A example is when a person buys a CD and then passing it to there computer.
3. In the article about Fairey explained that he pleaded guilty for witnessing copyright and committing copyright of a picture on the internet. He destroyed and ruined original files violating the copyright laws. In February the court found him guilty and the court made a decision to give a fine. His fine was to 1.6 million dollars and put on probation for two years.
4.As found on UCCopyright they mean-
 The public domain is defined as:
"generally defined as consisting of works that are either ineligible for copyright protection or with expired copyrights."
Creative commons is defined as:
"is a nonprofit organization that enables the sharing and use of creativity and knowledge through free legal tools."
